How it is supposed to work:
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that increases neurotransmitters
in the brain. It has been shown to affect circadian rhythm

 | Depression (transient). May exacerbate existing depression |
 | May make diabetes control worse |
 | May cause seizures |
Does it work?
No good studies have proven that Melatonin works.
A few studies show it is useful as a sleep aid.
