Comfrey

Bruisewort, Knitbone, Boneset

What it's supposed to do?

Help heal wounds, bruises, sprains, and broken bones,  Also used to treat arthritis, gout, diarrhea and blood clots.

How it is supposed to work:

Substances in the Comfrey plant are thought to decrease inflammation.

Does it work?

No studies have been done to see if it works or not because its not safe to use!

Is it safe?

NO! Comfrey can cause liver damage leading to cirrhosis and liver failure.

It is against the law to sell in Canada and other countries.
