What it's supposed to do?

Weight loss, boost energy, treat asthma, improve athletic performance.

How it's supposed to work?

Compounds in the Ephedra plant act as a stimulant to the heart and central nervous system. 

Does it work?

    Doesn't matter.  It's illegal!

Is it safe?

NO! 
Using Ephedra can cause death, strokes, heart attacks, palpitations, high blood pressure, psychosis, headache, auditory and visual hallucinations, nausea and vomiting.

It is against the law to sell Ephedra in the United States!
