Maiden hair tree, Asiatic ginseng, Chinese ginseng.

What it's supposed to do?

Enhance performance, help stamina, speed and endurance, slow the aging process, promote general well-being, help with dementia and Alzheimer’s, treat circulatory problems, headaches, impotence, hepatitis, asthma, ringing in the ears, stroke, menopause, improve memory.

How it's supposed to work?

Ginko Biloba may have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. 

Does it work?

Can increase blood flow and tissue perfusion.  No known benefit in memory or cognitive functioning.  No benefit known for menopause.

Is it safe?

May interfere with blood clotting.  may cause bleeding problems during surgery.  Care when taken with other anti-coagulants.

May cause dizziness, ringing in the ears, headache, anxiety and mood change.
