Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand how our preconceptions influence manifestation of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
  2. Understand how ADHD is a shifting target
  3. Appreciate that high inheritability does not diminish the role of environment.
  4. Relate the shades of ADHD subgrouping by symptoms, sex, comorbidity, and geography
